Sales Key Account Manager - Gauteng
GAAP Point Of Sale is recruiting a Sales – Key Account Manager. This position is based at our offices in Midrand Johannesburg.
Position Overview:
- Account management of assigned franchises and groups
- Canvassing and signing up of new franchises and groups
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term business relationships with clients; franchisors; and franchisees
- Quoting and upselling of products and services with good negotiation skills
- Handling the holistic sales process from quoting; site meetings; negotiation to deal signing and sales administration submission
- Effective handling of queries with suitable solutions at hand
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Responsible for keeping current groups and clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Liaison between client and GAAP technical and internal teams
- Successful maintenance of administrative duties
- A combination of office-based; remote working; and traveling to client
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum two years B2B / corporate sales and/or account management
- Own reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English (other languages advantageous)
- Computer literate (an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft programs)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and face-to-face – as well as active listening skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Very strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Very presentable with excellent client service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Previous hospitality industry experience advantageous
