Sales Care And Extension Sales Representative - Gauteng
GAAP Point Of Sale is recruiting a Sales Care and Extension Sales Representative. This position is based at our offices in Midrand Johannesburg.
Position Overview
Providing excellent sales care as well as selling supplementary product solutions as extension sales to all our existing independent clients in Gauteng.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- Handling of sales enquiries with suitable solutions at hand
- Handling of change of ownerships; defranchisings; cancellations; and account amendments
- Handling contract queries, internal coordination, and internal sales administration
- Handling of additional sales and upgrade sales including site visits, quoting, and sales process completion
- Promoting and selling our supplementary product solutions
- Handling the holistic sales process from call sheet calling; quoting; and negotiating to deal signing and sales administration submission
- Successful maintenance of administrative dutiesSuccessfully meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and KPI’s
- A combination of working remotely, office-based and traveling to clients

Minimum Requirements
- Own reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English with other languages advantageous
- Computer literate (an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft programs)\
- Salesforce knowledge highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and face-to-face – as well as active listening skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Very strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Very presentable with excellent client service skills
- Previous corporate / B2B sales experience
- Previous hospitality industry experience advantageous
- Driven, goal-orientated, and with exceptional sales and people skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
